Transfer Policy

We recognize that there are times when the individual who had originally planned on being the RMI has a change in circumstances and someone else needs to take their place as our student of record. If you wish to transfer ownership of your training materials to another individual please let us know so that we can take your name off of our Current Student list and send a Student Registration Form to the person who will actually be studying the course materials and taking the license exam.

Refund Policy

We will refund the full amount of your purchase if the training package has not yet been mailed out. Training packages that have been mailed out must be considered to be USED and cannot then be sold to another student as new so we will not accept them back for a refund.

In the case of training packages that do not arrive in a timely fashion

When we receive a notification from PayPal that you have purchased our course we will send you an e-mail acknowledging your purchase, including a Receipt for your purchase. It is your responsibility to read the e-mail and make certain that the address that we be shipping to is correct. If we have sent a training package to your address as it is listed under PayPal and that address is no longer valid for you, or we have sent the package to the correct address but you have not yet received it, you may purchase another package from us to be sent to your correct address. When the wayward package finally does show up, you may return it to us UNOPENED for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

Training Support Policy

We will support our students toward their completion of the course materials via telephone, extra training materials and any other way in which we can assist throughout the time that the Reference Manual study materials that they purchased are current. Every student who purchases a training package from us will receive our educational support for a period of time to last no less than 90 days from the date of purchase.

We will send out at least one blanket e-mail to our current students to let them know that a new edition of the Reference Manual will be released and what that release date will be. There is typically a short overlap period between the time when a new Reference Manual is released and testing on the previous release is no longer available.

Once a new Reference Manual has been released by the Oregon CCB, we will send out a blanket e-mail to our students who have not yet completed their course studies to offer an Update Package at a greatly reduced cost from the price that we charge new students.
